James, you're worst than a field negro, you're a slave catcher. "Massa, they's running again."

Before you criticize Mr. Harris, make sure you know what he said. At the rally he asked/begged McCain to “take it to ‘em” in reference to Obama’s character. Specifically on his past relationships with ACORN, Ayers, Franks and more.
Why can’t we ask the man who is going to be the next president about his character?
We are “The People” our constitution is referencing … the people who are of different race, religion and creeds… the people who the president WORKS FOR. Ask them, ask them both why they deserve our vote.
I know Mr. Harris and this man IS a man of character. In the last 10 plus years I have seen him and his family grow together. He went from an amazing teacher, to speaker at teacher inservice, to blogger, to weekend political analyst and now national spotlight. I have seen him in a very difficult situation, handle it with grace, wisdom and humility. So when this man can stand up and ask another about his character, he has the credentials to bring it up.
As far as James T. Harris’ remark about the bloggers to ‘bring it on’ … I would say he can handle it, BUT maybe, just maybe, we could have an intelligent discussion about these two nominees past. Yes, you want to support your candidate … Bring it on, support, discuss, blog, talk … remember the golden rule: ‘Speak as you would want to be spoken to.’
James, I support you, your blog, your family and your ‘pick’ McCain.
We pray for safety & peace in your home!

Always a treat to hear The National Conversation on a weekday afternoon!
Beautiful, smart and you can sing too?!
Love my brother.
Stunned - I'll pray for you too.

Seriously Mr. Harris,
You beg a man to "take it to" (attack?) another man but when confronted with Shelley Wynters' claim that you've sold out your own Conservative principles, you wipe away tears, snatch off your mic and storm off CNN?
Why didn't you "take it to" Shelley Wynters like you wanted McCain to take it to Obama?
Stunned - I also will pray for you, cause LORD do you need it!

Hi James,
I wathced the CNN interview and I thought you were great. It's about time someone stopped the playing their game and just walked out.
There's no upside to talking to mainstream reporters anymore. They never bother to do their research and are so easily spun by the liberal machine that they don't even bother to question what they say or check their facts.
When it comes to conservatives, they ignore the facts and assign the worst of motives to our actions.
I actually encountered an absolutely hostile reporter the other day. He was angry because I had uncovered illegal use of taxpayer resources by a candidate for office. He got even angier when I told that I had infact looked at the records of Republicans as well.
Talk about sellouts. And I thought they were supposed to be the watch dogs.
Keep the faith.

I want to know how, in your teeny little minds, is James a sellout?
He is standing up for what he BELIEVES, for his MORALS, he is being TRUE TO HIMSELF...
and those things that he believes in and holds dear, Obama does not. Thus he can not vote for Obama.
you're calling him a sellout or a "negro" because he is voting with the person whose morals and standards he believes in?
he's a hard working man and Obama wants to take what he worked his ass off to earn, and give it to people who may not be working as hard to be successful. If they want the success James has, let them work their asses off for it, not just get it handed to them undeservingly.
why should he vote for a guy who wants to take from him to give to less deserving? A man who doesn't stand for anything James believes in... simply because he's black too.
You call James a sellout??
Those freakin retards voting for Obama simply because he's black are the sell outs. selling out any morals, any appearance of education and the ability to think for yourselves.
Also, everyone seems to forget. Obama isn't black, HE'S ALSO HALF WHITE!
Would James be a sell out if he's not voting for the half white side???

Deb Jordahl, you fool, he was debating a black conservative on CNN. So much for your whinefest about liberals. Kills your whole argument, doesnt it? LOL

Mr. Harris, you are a great American. I respect you immensely and enjoy listening to you when you fill in for the 'TMJ weektime guys.
For you, or anyone else for that matter; to stand up and speak out about what you believe in despite the cacophonic adversity you know you are going to receive from the bigots and the haters is simply heroic in my mind.
I just cannot comprehend the fear and the hatred. Where does this come from?
Of course there are those that will listen and may not agree with you but will listen to your words and consider them, however; it does seem nowadays more than ever that the left just cannot tolerate anyone who speaks his or her mind if it is a view contrary to theirs.
I can understand disagreeing with someone and discussing in a civilized manner the differences but to start throwing fits of rage and epithets towards you because you don't walk the same line of thinking that they do?
When will we begin to understand our differences and COMMUNICATE; just simply talk?
Anyway Mr. Harris, I support you wholeheartedly and I plan on listening to your weekend show, and hope and pray for your continued success.
Stay strong and don't let the foolish bring you down you ARE a great American!! God Bless and be well.
