Interesting figures. I guess I will put forth why I am and have moved to the conservative side. Abortion is the issue. It is probably the only time I break down and push aside my usual logic and fact-finding.
Abortion has real consequences that can tear at a person's heart, mind, and soul. It is easy to sit on the sideline--like politicians do--and use this issue for stump speeches, political points, and financial gain. The reality is that this issue alone is devastating on anyone who may choose this. All it takes is one glance in the confused eyes of a young woman with a child on the way to know how this will effect them. I will leave it that.
As for the young man, I appreciate his talent and message. The message hits home, and I pray that he does touch others with his message.

3 in 5 black women have had an abortion!
These clinics prey on poor women, making it cheaper & easier to abort than to prevent pregnancies!
“The great irony,” she said, “is that abortion has done what the Klan only dreamed of.”
This is so sick ... again it goes to the heart issue.

I used to think rap was a form of music that spewed nothing but racism, sexism, violence, and hate; either overtly or covertly. This, this was poetry.
