bankruptcy is basically government run debt collection. That has NOTHING to do with capitalism. In fact bankruptcy law interferes with the free market by allowing people to get out of debt (which has the effect of making loans riskier than they would be in a world where debtor's prisons or forced servitude existed)
See, that's the problem with you people. Too blind to see government intervention where it already exists, yet still crying about what is and isn't capitalism. Coherence is not something to shy away from.
